Transport damage:

If a consignment is visibly damaged, please have an official damage report recorded immediately by the post office or forwarding agent. Please report any other damage to us immediately. During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, either repair the goods or exchange the item in whole or in part. We are not liable for damage caused by cleaning procedures or improper handling.

Terms of payment:

All prices quoted are final prices plus delivery and shipping costs.
The prices are in € (Euro) including the statutory VAT from Ulm.

Prepayment by bank transfer

You transfer the invoice amount to our bank account without disclosing any account information. The classic and secure payment method.
Send your completed and signed transfer form or your online transfer form to your bank for execution.
Once we have received your payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us and your order will be prepared for dispatch. We will then send your order to the delivery address you have specified.

You will automatically receive our account details with the order confirmation. Please state the order number in the order confirmation as the reason for payment when making the transfer.

Prepayment via PayPal

Payment via PayPal has proven to be practical and secure for online transactions. As a private customer, you can conveniently pay for your order with us using your existing PayPal account. The payment process is integrated into our checkout and is displayed as a payment method in the selection of payment options. The address data stored in your PayPal account will be taken into account and should therefore be up to date. With PayPal, your payment reaches us on a daily basis.

Once we have received your payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us and your order will be prepared for dispatch. We will then send your order to the delivery address you have specified.

Buy now, pay later

With PayPal, customers in Germany can also pay conveniently in monthly installments (installment payment) or, alternatively, choose to pay after 30 days. Unfortunately, PayPal does not currently offer the installment payment option to customers in Austria. Click on the banner below for more information on these two payment options.

Prepayment via Apple Pay

Apple Pay is only visible to you as a payment method in our online store if our system recognizes that you are visiting the store using an Apple device. This process takes place automatically. If you decide to pay with Apple Pay, you must authenticate the online transfer using Touch ID or Face ID. As soon as the process is complete, we as the webshop operator will receive a corresponding notification. This allows you to ensure your order is dispatched without having to wait for payment to be received.

To pay online with Apple Pay, you need an Apple device, an Apple ID and a credit card.

As a user, you store your payment details in the Wallet app. With a fingerprint or face scan, they confirm that they want to pay with Apple Pay in the Megafitness.store. Ultimately, this is a credit card payment.

Prepayment via Amazon Pay

With Amazon Pay, you can use a payment method already stored in your Amazon account to pay for your order at ScaleMonkey. You can also manage your payments with Amazon Pay in your Amazon account.
Once you have selected the Amazon Pay payment method, you can sign in with your Amazon account login details. When using Amazon Pay for the first time, you must now accept the Amazon Pay terms of use when prompted to do so. You can then complete your purchase in the store as usual.

Important: Amazon vouchers cannot be used as a means of payment for orders at ScaleMonkey.
